Dr. Gretchen Pound is a Clinical Psychologist who has been in private practice since 2005 and works primarily with families, individuals, children, teens and elderly who are healing emotional trauma, resolving internal conflict and may be dealing with physical pain. Dr. Pound completed her B.A. in Psychology at the University of New York at Buffalo. She completed her doctorate in Psychology at California School of Professional Psychology that later merged and became Alliant International University.
Dr. Pound is a Clinical Psychologist with a focus on mind-body-spirit connection developed through a dedication to traditional clinical psychology, yoga and meditation. During her own inward journey, she realized psychological treatment alone would not lead to inner peace and happiness. Her experiences with spirituality, energy and psychology have blended to create a firm foundation for guiding others into the complexities of their inner emotions. Her use of psychotherapy, nutrition, yoga, mindfulness and energy healing open doorways into the unconscious that allows the patient to fully uncover and address their inner conflicts and confusion.
Dr. Bruce Rays is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Marriage & Family Therapist with over thirty years helping individuals, couples and families to raise their level of functioning. He has extensive experience working with mental illnesses, life crisis, family dysfunction and challenges to personal growth.
Dr. Rays worked at the UCLA Medical Group-Malibu for twenty-five years followed by ten years dedicated to assisting inmates and patients in the California Department of Corrections and State Psychiatric Hospitals. His specialty is in the field of Non-Drug Treatment of Anxiety, Depression and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. He is Certified to work in the field of Addiction Management and has broad experience working in many different treatment centers as supervisor, consultant and clinician. Dr. Rays' educational and clinical background encompasses empirically validated methodologies including: Interpersonal, Cognitive-Behavioral, Motivational, Mindfulness and EMDR Therapies; all helpful in building healthy mind-body-spirit connections. Many battle the demons of addiction in its many forms. It takes transformation of character traits, personality, and developing life skills. Perhaps the most challenging, is cultivating a faith in the existence of a power greater than oneself.
Dr. Heather Moyer is a Registered Psychology Assistant and has 8 years of experience working in the field of mental health, with overlap in special education and forensic psychology. She completed her bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in criminology at Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Moyer completed her doctorate in clinical psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University with a concentration in child/family psychology.
Dr. Moyer has provided mental health services in an inpatient hospital, an adult residential facility, a domestic violence center, public and nonpublic schools, after-school programs, juvenile detention facilities, and clients' homes. Currently, Dr Moyer also works as an academic tutor and executive functioning coach at Club Xcite.
Dr. Moyer's specialty areas include child psychology, adolescent psychology, family psychology, juvenile delinquency, behavior modification, special education, ADHD, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, depression, and adolescent substance use. Dr. Moyer uses a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and play therapy.

She is a rescue dog who has an innate ability to bring loving healing energy to the therapeutic space.
